FOCUS ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
10 Point Professional Evaluation – We conduct a professional walk through of the business, interacting with employees, making purchases and getting a general feel for what is being offered. Using an evaluation form tailored to your situation, we will identify things that are done right and things that need improvement. The overall goal of this evaluation is to get a handle on the potential of what customers could be experiencing.
Secret Shopper – With a better grasp on the business, we now send in a secret shopper who, in the eyes of employees, acts as any other customer would. The shopper follows a predetermined plan designed to get the most out of the shop, looking for problem areas and successful encounters. With this tool, we are able to get an accurate idea of how employees perform without the boss’s supervision.
Surveying (current/past/potential) customers – We will customize a survey designed to draw pertinent information from your customers. This will give a glimpse into their minds to learn where to improve and where to pull back, who to serve and how to reach them best. After proctoring the survey (s) we will analyze the data to help formulate our new strategy.
Total Quality Product Evaluation – This evaluation (which is done using sections from the 10 point walk through, secret shoppers, and surveying) throws all the packaging out the window, peels the product/service down to its bare bones to help you see what you really have to offer in your product/service.
Industry (Competition) Evaluation – We will use such tools as the 5 Forces Model, Strategic Group Maps, and Key Success factors to evaluate the industry you are in, map where you compete and determine the most attractive position for you to gain greater leverage over competition.
Define Current/Potential Target Market – Through this process, you will more effectively serve the right and most profitable customers available. We will conduct research and utilize formulas to determine the value of each customer; then create customer profiles that will aid in reaching and serving the right markets.

Present Strategy Evaluation – We will layout and define the company’s current strategy while evaluating how well it is working. This will give us a benchmark from which to make adjustments and measure improvement.
